My doctor had me add about an ounce of ceral to the bottle then add formula then add the water and shake. Since it will be thicker you will need to make the hole in the nipple bigger. I take a knife and make a X cut in the top of the nipple. Be carefull not to make it too big. With all my children I added ceral to their bottle around three to four months of age.
